Teams Meeting - Share & Annotate

Meeting in a Room? > Join the meeting from your computer, then share per the steps below.
- Microsoft has a helpful tutorial published > Use Annotation While Sharing - MS Teams
- Click "Print Article" at the bottom-right to save offline and refer to
- Click the Share button in the Teams Ribbon/Menu

- Click one of the options (shown below)
- You must select Screen to Annotate

Screen: allows you to move between programs during a share

Window (#): only the application you select is shared
- Great for sharing one application while being able to work "behind the scenes" on another

Annotation
- After you've shared a Screen, look for a new menu to appear
- Click the Annotate button in that menu
- A new toolbar with open with some mark-up options

To Stop Sharing
- Look for the "You're sharing your screen" box at the top of the Screen you're sharing > click Stop sharing
