Zoom Audio Settings: Virtual Computer
If you are experiencing audio issues using Zoom on your virtual (Workspot) computer this article may help resolve them.
Information
The Virtual Desktop software uses your laptop's physical audio input and output devices but some audio options may not appear in Zoom, or Teams, within your virtual computer.
Resolution
You may need to enable the plugins for Zoom and Teams in the Workspot client settings.
- From the Workspot application menu click the blue gear icon in the upper-left
- Now click RDP tab from the menu that appears
- Look for the Plugins section
- Make sure both Zoom and Teams are checked

NOTE (blue box & arrow below for reference):
- If you see more than one Virtual Computer icon
- Click the field just below Configure Application:
- Select the name of the Virtual Computer you do use (ex: Revit)
- Check the boxes for Zoom and Teams
- Connect to your virtual computer to verify audio is again working as expected
